Maintenance

 Doesn't attract dust and dirt.   Can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.

Fire Resistance

 When exposed to flame, gypsum crystals will be released as steam thus, delaying heat transfer. 

Heat Insulation

 Insulates heat, reducing cooling cost.

Light reflectance

 80% minimum light reflectance therefore, requiring less lighting fixtures. 

Vinyl Surface

 Will not chip or crack; color will not fade; will retain its appearance over the years.
