1. Mark a level line around the room at the required ceiling height.
  2. Fasten the wall angle to the wall using either nails or screws.
  3. Allow an approximate of 3" of room between the floor joists and the drop ceiling for the tile installation.
  4. Install eye lags in joists at proper hanger locations.
  5. Loop 18 gauge wire through eye lags and twist at least 4 times to secure.
  6. Bend hanger wire 900 at point of desired ceiling height.  Use a tight string spanning the room from wall angle to wall angle to ensure all hangers are at the same height.
  7. Begin by installing main tees at mid - point of room working out the perimeter.  This ensures cut tiles are at the perimeter.
  8. Ensure main tee slots are perfectly aligned with each other to enable easy and accurate installations of cross tees.
  9. Install 4' cross tees at every 2' along the main tees.
  10. Always refer to your room outline.
  11. If you are using 2' x 2' tiles, install 2' cross tees at mid-point of 4' cross tees.
  12. Lower ceiling tiles.
